Where to download the demo map?

I've got the full game, but I sort of wanted to play the demo map for a blast from the past. Is there anyway to download it without having to download the entire demo?

I never played the demo so I didn't know it had a different map. I'm assuming it's some kind of Mediterranean one, based on the civilizations allowed, am I right?

I'd be interested in having it too, if for nothing else than completeness' sake.
