I have an OCC game going which I have deliberately paused somewhere in the 19th century. Estimated landing date somewhere before 1925 AD.

Can you beat me to it?

I got killed in the game above. Ship would have arrived in 1928 AD.

When I started another one today I got the following techs from the start: Alphabet, Code of Laws, Ceremonial Burial, Bronze Working!!!

I saved immediately at 4000 BC and started playing. There is a very good location with 4 specials to the east of where the settlers are. Monarchy was the first tech I researched!

I think this is a good game for comparison or an attempt at the record. Post here if you want the saved file.

I can't load the site either, but I checked two different posts in the strategy forum and they both have the same url.

Does a "/" in the end make any difference? Otherwise the server must be down.

All of CivNation is down for no apparent reason. That IS the correct address, but you'll have to wait until the site starts working again.

I have a OCC game going now, and it looks real good !!

I will finish the game and hopefully land my space ship before 1925

CN is down because of InterNIC! We had problems with, because they said we didn't pay for the domain! So they de-activated our account. Of course we showed them proof of purchase(registering). They said that they will re-activate account by the end of this week! Who knows when that's going to happen as they said that on Wednsday!

My last OCC ended in disater. About 1850 the Celts eliminated all the other opponents except me, and guess what happened !
