    Help! Choppy Gameplay!

    On my other comp, Civ 4 is running, but with really low FPS. I've edited the the CivilizationIV.ini, turned everything down to low, but still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    My Specs:
    Alienware Hyperspeed
    AMD Athalon 64 3200+ 2.20 GHz
    1 Gb Ram
    ATI Radeon 9250 128Mb
    120Gb Hard Drive
