Yeah, it's a rounding issue. The actual health is kept with more precision that the display allows.

It's probably got 0.04 health or something like that.

I have never seen that before. I haven't done an exhaustive check...is it possible that patch updates provide opportunities for the developer to "freshen up" the comments in the diplo exchanges?

I know it's possible for the end user to modify the necessary files - it's just more fun when it's unexpected!

Well, I haven't had many times where I wanted to conduct diplomacy but the other guy was too mad at me.

So I guess if it happens enough, you see it alot and realize how limited diplomacy exchanges are.

I hate that they won't talk to me. And there's no way to tell when they will except to keep asking.

Just hover over their name, that tells you if they want to talk or not

That happens to me all the time

I like to open diplomatic channels just to see their city list - just so I can make sure I haven't overlooked anything in my campaign of genocide.

My most frequent reason for using the diplomacy screen - to plan out and carry through succesful exterminations.

I can't seem to get the flying camera to work using the instructions below.

Pressing alt+cntrl does nothing
alt+shift enables mouse camera mode, but I can't fly around when its enabled.

".To use it, you need to first activate it in the CivilizationIV.ini file, which is located under "\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4". Open the file in notepad then look for these lines:

; Allow Camera Flying
AllowFlying = 0

Change the value to 1 and save, then in the game, just press ALT + CTRL + F to enable flying camera. After that, you can use the mouse to adjust camera angle and the arrow keys to navigate. To return to the normal mode, just press ALT + CTRL + F again...""

Are you playing Civ4 or Warlords? Make sure you change the correct INI file (both have separate INI files) ... that should allow it to work I'd think.

Nice, within 14 years I get 3 Great People, and in 1920 I got an artist more. During this game, the total Great People I managed to get: 4 Great Prophets, 9 Great Artists, 4 Great Scientists, 2 Great Merchants and 3 Great Engineers

And had I waited a few more turns before winning the game (~10 turns) I could have gotten one more:

I was happy to get up to 2750 GL points near the end of a game once. Proves I have a lot more to learn... I'm only starting to play with GLs in my cities lately. I usually use them for something (generally a tech)...
