the specific user was located in germany, so ordering through amazon.de would have no shipping costs

Netherlands, so if I want that pre-order package, it's going to cost me anyway.

The funny(?) thing is that over here, credit cards are by far not as common as in the U.S. of A. You wont see any dutch webstore (AFAIK) which offers paying by credit card only.
