I've always wanted LA to invest in that system in "You Only Live Twice" where's there's an electromagnet on the bottom of the helicopter. You glom onto the target car, pick it up, fly it over the Pacific, and drop it.

I-70 goes through...Salt Lake? Hmm.

Until you get to I 10 across the deep south, from LA to Florida.

Anyway, it goes by 10s until they get to San Diego, where one finds I 8. Never knew that.

all the students at the Cal State colleges in LA missed their exams today

literaly, the i-10 is on of the biggest highways in LA. it cuts across the 405, the busiest thighway in the world i think, and the only way to get through west LA, and i-5, the major north-south highway.

yes they can use GPS

kids from a high school in my city entered in the contest with their teacher. They put a GPS unit on an SUV. and then remote tools to operate the vehicle without a driver. They didn't get very far.

you are forgetting I40. That's a major east west accross country. I have taken it 3 times.

It goes from North Carolina to Barstow, California. It doesn't quite reach Los Angeles.
