Well, I've downloaded the latest patch, but haven't installed it yet. According to the V1.20 Patch thread there are some MAJOR problems with the v1.20 patch as it now stands....
I suggest holding off for a bit to see if Firaxis can fix the v1.20 patch.

the only real 'major' thing I've read about was the industrial era tech tree, which can be fixed. (makes the patch seem really amateurish though...)
and I read something about MP games, drop outs and synching stuff, though that won't affect us.
is there anything else?
