  • I will explicitly comprimise my morals for

    Chik-Fil-A

That's a damn fine fast food chicken sandwich.

How does eating at Chik Fil A compromise morals...?

Also, **** yes, they are awesome.

      They are decidedly overrated.

Though, I do live in the South, and really delicious fried chicken is relatively easy to come by...

I will explicitly compromise my morals for

poor spelling of "compromise" by MRT, because I'm feeling lenient today

And yes Chik-Fil-A is good. Related, I decided long ago that I'm not willing to let politics dominate my life so much that I decide who I buy from on that basis.

For those who do, there's the Buycott app.

I also have fairly easy access to good fried chicken, but not as quick or cheap

Hell, if you want quick or cheap fried chicken, Popeye's beats the pants off Chick-Fil-A.

I'd even rather get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Wendy's than the Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Chick-Fil-A (which almost seems like CFA was like, screw it, and just dunked a chicken breast in their buffalo sauce - which isn't terribly spicy to begin with).

I tend to assume anyone running a business is a rapacious right-wing bastard unless they've made strenuous (and probably unsuccessful) attempts to convince me otherwise.

I can't spell in general but especially before I've had coffee. Borderline semi-literate here.

That said, I don't like patronizing businesses run by bigots at the highest levels. Sure, one or two C-Suites are bound to be inhabited by awful people but when it's SOP for your company...meh, I'd just rather not. I know that this whole morals thing is hard for someone growing up in NoVa to grasp but it is what it is.

Unless that's Chik-Fil-A because sometimes all you really want in life is a fried chicken sandwich.

I would eat at Chik-fil-A a lot more if it were open on Sundays. I always seem to find myself at the mall on Sundays.

If Chik-Fil-A was opened on Sundays I know that I'd grab a few for the afternoon NFL games.
