@ everybody: I lost my extra talent in every base! I don't play with the PK much, but I don't think it should happen. It's one of my factions bonuses!

Isn't your bonus available only when you exceed pop 4? (one extra talen for every FOUR citizens)and, of course, first drone at pop 2.

I have played PK a ton, and you don't get a talent until the base size is 4 or greater. It is the inverse of University, who gets their first extra drone at base size 4. If you started with an extra talent at each base, that was not supposed to happen. I suppose you can consider it a happy accident, and fun while it lasted. But you need a secret project for that effect, and Sparta already has that project.
You get an extra talent for each entire 4 in you city, so 2 talents at 8, 3 talents at 12, etc.
If you are not getting your free talent at size 4, then it would be a cause for concern. Do you have any size 4 cities that you can check, to see if the talent showed up?
