You'll need the requirements for units to auto-transport over water first, of course. But if you don't have those by the industrial age anyway you're in trouble.If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.Comment

To transport on water you need Level 1 Science and a Dock, once you have got those your units will automatically turn into transports when they go to cross water.
Time to take out the trash. You know its easy but it seems harder every time you try and think about it.Comment

It's the same building in menu as the land oil well.
Just be sure you still have that dock.Comment
