I suppose there is a difference between Imsaeis diplomacy and Psilon diplomacy, even though they both have superior diplomacy? Imsaeis are described as best for getting important information out of others, the best negotiators etc., so I guess if I choose Imsaies over Psilon I will have better diplomatic results? And if so, will they be a lot better, or just a bit better? Because if the latter, I would consider playing with cyborgs instead and increase their, by default, low diplomacy, because they are best when it comes to money. Thanks.
