There is something strange going on.

I was on Onderendondenon's moon, Dxan I think it's called, and

As I received the last part for my lightsabre from the Mandalore, I returned to the Ebon Hawk to build it. However, I encountered there this new character apparently who tried to kill me etc., you know what happens. When we had put her into the infirmary, I suddenly received a green doublebladed lightsabre, just like the one in the flashback from the Council meeting where I was exiled, for no apparent reason. So I crafted a singlehanded lightsabre, green too, with the parts, to get the exp, for the old (now one-handed, heh) lady to use, and to use with a balanced short one for added effect. Where did that extra sabre come from?!

Edit: What's the earliest you've made it to Light Mastery, btw? I just did after having a chat with the little R2D2 copy after the incident I detailed above. Ondrendonderondenoon is the first planet I've visited after Telos.

I think I got light mastery on Telos just before I visted that moon.

as for the lightsaber, I'm not sure if I read you correctly. You get one light saber from that woman who attacks you. Who is a slave of the master. She is force adept, and I think she uses a light saber (though I have yet to use her in my party, so I'm not sure. That was a 2 handed light saber. And then at the same time I made a 1-handed light saber. Though I ended up using the 2 handed one (which was yellow for me- I still haven't found a color crystal to change the awful color). So you should have 2 light sabers at this point. Though you will find more from here on out.

How could I have received the sabre of the Force Adept woman who I nearly killed? Her sabre was a singlebladed one with a red crystal, I received a doublebladed green lightsabre. It just doesn't match.

To put it clearly:

1. I fight the force adept whatshername, who has a red singlebladed lightsabre.
2. I receive magically a doublebladed green sabre
3. I construct a singlebladed green sabre.

The woman, besides, says herself that I broke her own lightsabre. The doublebladed one, which works, can't be hers.

And now I freed that Doctor Ghent from a murder charge, and after the quest was complete and I was given the quest to get the holodiscs back, I received ANOTHER doublebladed lightsabre, this time a green one. WTF? Not that it won't go well with Val..ais? Whatever the name was, she gets to use it.

once you've collected all the lightsaber parts, where you used to get lightsaber parts (like from Visas' broken lightsaber) you now get actual lightsabers

Ah. That makes sense. It allows you to get it/them even if you go through the areas in a different order. Clever, even though it'll mean I'll have oodles of them by the time I'm finished.

I wish that KotOR II would have covered more of the old characters.

the plot is confusing in places, maybe some more will be explained at the end. But at one point they made reference to the enemy ship's name, and I had not heard that name before.

I know I'm pretty close to the end, but I'm still not sure how much more exploring I have to do. But I'll quit for the night. I need sleep. If I knew I was super close to the end, I'd finish it up.

My character is so unstoppable it isn't funny. I have a strength of 39 with my equipment. It can get even higher with stims and force powers.

I did 180 damage in a critical hit (power attack of course). I killed a dark jedi in one hit.

I'm on Nar Shaddaa. I have taken up the task of sorting out the freighter hijacking from Vogga, and according to the little annoying squealy thing the Exchange does not like me, but regardless I have yet to get a whiff of them. I need to take them on so that I can sort the freighter situation out, which will in turn let me get some quests done and probably get that transponder card for the new ID of the Ebon Hawk.

On top of that, I have located and gotten rid of two of the mysterious signal transponders, but my search for them has run dry as I can't find any more of them. I suspect this is the straw that would break the Exchange's back, but I've gone through all the droids around and I haven't found any more of the modules. I've destroyed the swoop racer droid and I've removed the module from the pazaak den droid.

What am I supposed to do next? This game needs some fine-tuning in the "what the hell was I going to do now, again?" department.

my game looks really dark in those screen shots. Is the game that dark for you guys? Both KOTOR's have always been dark, especially in caves.

And yeah I like the blue color light saber. There's a ton of new colors avaiable though. . I especially like the orange.
