Yeah, the delivery is projected to be much faster than I had expected. I'm slightly suspicious, though, the service I am using is known for its reliability, but it has made its errors every now and then. I'm cautiously optimistic.Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Thank you for helping us help you help us all!

[vastly offtopic]There's really nothing gaming companies can do to curb piracy on the PC save for hoping that lowering prices will work. Any measure they can throw at the "scene" can be countered, and the only ones hosed will be the honest consumers. Case in point: Half-Life 2. Therefore, I guess one can infer that PC gaming is doomed no matter what you do, since there's no way in hell game producers will lower prices.[/offtopic]Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. I'll most likely pick this up on xbox sometime, still i should try to atleast finish the first one.'The very basis of the liberal idea – the belief of individual freedom is what causes the chaos' - William Kristol, son of the founder of neo-conservitivism, talking about neo-con ideology and its agenda for you.info here. prove me wrong.

anyways, I got the game today. I had taken a screen shot, but I forgot to past it before I restarted my computer. Because after I left the game, I had a weird graphical anomaly. The graphics of the Apolyton background (I use MOO3) were really light and washed out looking. It hurt my eyes. So restarted my computer.
Performance is pretty good, but it started to bog down after many hours of play. Though I don't get the low memory errors I've been getting with KOTOR1. I'm still not sure if I should have v-sync on or off. I have antialiasing and antrisopy on 2X. And other graphics settings turned all the way up. And when the movies load, it takes a long time. Oh well.
How do I feel about the game? It's pretty good. But I don't think I like it as much as the first ones. This is despite many improvements. But despite some improvements, they had some fallbacks. By improvements, I'm talking about making the game more challenging. But then they fall back and allow you to regenerate vitality. What's up with that? That makes it far too easy. I hardly used stimpak as it was. Now I never use them.
It seemed like they might have improved the ai of the droids. But they are still so weak they fall in one or two power attacks from my vibrosword. The game is pathetically easy. Yeah I'm only playing on normal my first go around. I guess I should beef it up to difficult/hard. I didn't think a game could get any easier than KOTOR1, I guess I'm wrong.
The good thing it appears there is a little more thinking to go along. But still the game is so linear, it's difficult to go wrong. It's not like I had to go far to figure out what to do.
Also when aliens speak in their language, the subtitles don't stay on the screen long enough for me to read them . I have to speed read to get everything, but I tend to not remember as much when I speed read. I like to read the dialogues slowly to ensure I'm getting the whole story.
But despite some graphical, sound, and gameplay issues, the writing is top notch. The story seems interesting. Though the story seems a little confusing. Maybe it will become clearer as I progress.
I just hope I can see the sun! As in most role playing games, I enjoy exploring the outdoors the most. And I have yet to be outdoors (aside from a brief spacewalk on an asteroid).
P.S. I'm at the point in the game where I just arrived on Telos. Kind of annoying. All these "events" happen, and you are locked in dialogue and you can't save and quit the game. My eyes were getting tired, I've had enough for the day. It seemed to take for-ever to get off the initial "planet"- you know what I mean.

apparantly there are some issues with kotor2 and ati cards. just warning you before you go out and buy it
I have an ati radeon 9600 XT. I mentioned above it started stuttering a little after several hours of play. Apparantly the game gets worse for people once they reach Telos. And that's when mine started acting up.
But we'll try again and see how it plays.
I also heard that if you skip the intro movies, it makes matters worse.
some people have had success with specific older drivers, so I may have to mess around with my drivers a little.

I have a Geforce 6800 GT 256Mb and it looks awesome with no problems on the highest settings
I rushed home today to install, nice quirk with the prologue, and the 1st scenario so far delivers. I like the way people refer to the events of KOTOR 1 so as to allow you the "option" of giving KOTOR 1 the light or the dark side endings.
Must get back to KOTOR 2

I fininished Kotor 2 last week as a light side Jedi and am now playing through it as dark side. There is a noticeable difference, which makes the game very replayable.
That being said, the ending was a bit of a let down. Once you defeat the "big bad," there are several plot threads that are left dangling, including one gaping hole that's never explained.
Diss, I have to say that I enjoyed Kotor II far better than the first one. The improvements to the game mechanics are so good. Lightsaber upgrading is great, the new and expanded force powers are fun, and you get the prestige classes which make for building awesome characters. The influence system is also very cool and provides a challenge that ensures no 2 games will be alike. It's also much better-written.Tutto nel mondo è burla

It's just the game is so easy. It'd be nice to have a little challenge. I have the difficulty at maximum now.
I can run the game pretty good. But the conversations start to get a little whacky after a few hours, that's why I stopped. And it makes my desktop (and Apolyton webpages look washed out and very light/bright), not sure why it does that.
here's a screen shot.
