The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

In the default CtP2 folder (Program Files\Activision\Call to Power 2), there's a folder called 'Med Mod II Pics'. Move the subfolder 'ctp2_data' in that folder to the default CtP2 folder itself (thus moving it up one layer and merging it with the existing ctp2_data folder already there).
