In the upper right of each persons post there is a link that says, "reply with quote".

Or use [quote] and then place same after what your quoting but use / to close the quote, placing that / inside the bracket and before the q

Dancemassuse and I have a game going at move 41 that we would like to announce as a Ladder game.

Sorry went afk for awhile. lol.

My computer that I got a couple months ago won't run CTP because of the common NVidia driver issue. I can't go back to older drivers cause they do not support my card. Since then I got distracted with school and stuff. Anyways, I'll install Civ on my desktop once I get back to school (still on thanksgiving break) and finish up those games.

Well, actually that was not a new job (I didn't change my employer) but some new tasks and also other (private) activities that reduced the time available for things like CtP. Meanwhile things have calmed down a bit, so when I received the "spam" from thehappies last week, I decided to join again an play a few games (say max. three in parallel).

You can private message or email someone through Apolyton, as long as that person has those features enabled on Apolyton.

And you can email me anytime you like. I just specified no email from spam-bots, which is why I wrote my email address in that way to try and avoid them finding it.

Anyway, I'll play you if you like?

My preferred settings are quick-start mod, lots of goods and no wonders or ruins, but we can find a balance if you'd like any of those different.

Just a few updates and comments.

1. Hatschy is no longer playing. He got a new job and has laid down his weapons.

2. I am listed twice. Once under Active and once under inactive.

3. I am running CTP on Vista with no problem, after I found out about starting it in the XP mode.

4. I have three games going on the Ladder, but would like a few more. How do I email people on the Ladder if they have not posted anything, such as iDestroy? Same for Maquiladora who has specified that he not get emails from this site?

5. I didn't say that I was a beginner. I have been playing for about 2 years now with great teachers. Both Dancemessuse and Hatschy. By the way, what does Deity mean?

Hatschy! Good to hear from you You fell in at 8th position on the ladder due to your defeat of Ricketyclik in 2007 -- so not quite at the bottom but a little further down than you were.
