maybe the two cultures can occupy the same territory, but to stop conflicts one group unsees the other group. I got this idea from The City And The City by China Mieiville where two cities Beszel and Ul Qoma occupied the same territory, but unsaw each other, the only way to see the other city was to transport into that city through a gateway building. It became a TV series in the UK a few years back. -
That reminds me of how I discovered you can have 1 city on top of another in Civ2, and had an idea of medieval Egypt scenario, with Coptic civ being completely under Muslim Egypt.
Anyway, the idea is interesting, but there's just one land, just 1 shops, 1 roads and roadsigns etc, so this cannot be done so easily."I realise I hold the key to freedom,
