          From top to bottom:
          1) House Of The Estates (Parlament during the 19th century)
          2) University main building
          3) Presidental Palace
          4) Cathedral (protestant)

            Oh,
            quite important buildings.

They are nice. Very close to neoclassical lines.
especially the first and second close to the equivalent "original" neocalssical greek that you can find in athens and in munich

the third picture is austere and minimalistic keeping the basic theme and spreading away in utilitarian fashion.

Chapel Of Holy Trinity is a small chapel behind the cathedral seen above, and it is used today by russian speaking Eastern Orthodox congregation. It is not open to public.

Unfortunately the chapel has fallen to disrepair, paint falling off and the like. That is likely the reason, that it is not open. Also there is a Eastern Orthodox Cathedral only seven blocks away. The Cathedral is a real tourist trap.
