Depends on how you define it. Most of the folks on the left here are something like -8, -10 thereabouts on the compass, showing that the compass doesn't adequately define them (ie, they are actually off the charts).

I was centre-left in 2003, something like -1, -2 econ and -2, -3 social. Probably on the right here. Now I'm something like -1, -2 social and about +5, +6, +7 on econ depending on how much I hate unions today.
