It is very clear the Judge, Kavanaugh's high school friend and drinking buddy, has lied about the original event and that is why he went into hiding and is afraid to testify under oath. Funny fact, the hotel room in Delaware where he was hiding was paid for using a White House credit card so it seems the White House itself wanted Judge to be unavailable for testimony and unreachable by the press.

Fox eventually recanted and began claiming the assembled heads of state laughing at Trump was "hurtful".
