Report of the Florida cell of the Apolyton Communist Party
So I've met several comrades through the antiwar movement here in South Florida. Been doing some antiwar work. The movement in general is in a bit of an ebb at the moment because of the recent election, but we expect it will begin to reawaken when the surge is approved by the Dems who were elected to pull the troops out.
Anyway, lots of depressedness among comrades going on and I mention an idea I've had floating in my head for a few years: Socializing for Socialists! All of us comrades, from whatever group go out and socialize and drink and have fun. No activism, no work, just fun (which for commies often involves talking about politics). Everyone loved the idea and we did it. It was a hit.
This month: Mini-Golf for Marxists! Yes, that's right. We comrades will settle our differences on the links!
In a couple weeks comrades from different groups all over South Florida are going to converge on a Putt Putt and have silly fun.
Be the revolution.
