  • LOL Chavez has been saying INSHALLAH quite a lot lately

"The devil himself is right in the house. And the devil came here yesterday. Right here," said Chavez, who also called Bush a "world dictator" in need of a psychiatrist. Chavez's remarks were greeted with applause by the U.N. delegates.

Speaking from the same podium from which Bush had addressed the assembly on Tuesday, Chavez said "it smells of sulfur still today, this table that I am now standing in front of."

He repeatedly accused the United States of imperialism and hegemony, saying in his speech and a news conference that America was bent on world domination while plundering the oil supply.

No wonder Ahmadinejad had just described Chávez as a "brother and trench mate." But the Venezuelan wasn't finished. Israel's acts, he said, reminded him of a time when Simon Bolivar had invoked the story of Cain and Abel to talk about an enemy. "Bolivar said that day: 'God, if you have justice, throw a lightning bolt at the monsters,' " Chávez pronounced. "I would say today: 'God, throw the lightning bolts at the monsters.' Inshallah ."
UNITED NATIONS — The United States will soon lose its place as leader of the world, and the United Nations is a broken organization that is beyond repair, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said Wednesday.

“The United States empire is on its way down and it will be finished in the near future, inshallah,"
Chavez told reporters, ending the statement with the Arabic phrase for "God willing."

I still dont think he is a dictator, but I think he is crazy,
the devil bush comments remind me of the islamic USA = Satan thing, maybe he is moving into a religious direction? convert to islam?

Isn't he Catholic... like the Pope? Maybe he's trying to make up for the Pope's remarks

No, please, no, that'd be awful.
On the other hand, that may be the fastest wy for him to get dethronised and torn apart by angry mob...

I was referring to Chavez saying "Inshallah", actually.

I wonder what Venezuela would look like if Shar'ia law was ever imposed?

The US functions normally despite electing a crazy guy, while Venezuela keeps functioning abnormally despite electing a crazy guy. Oh yeah, they both supposedly stole elections at least once. So they're quite similar actually, Inshallah.

ph, btw, it's "in sha'a Allah", actually.
                            Inshallah is incorrect pronounciation.

It's when he starts shouting "Allah Akhbar!" that we need to start getting seriously worried.
