        I've finally found a decent political map of the earth c.1933! It was hidden away in a pdf file about the League of Nations. I've been looking for the **** thing for the last two weeks. All anyone seemed to have was maps of Europe. I'm sick of looking at maps of Europe. AAAARRRRGGGHHH! (pant...pant)

            Could we just assume Brazil retreats to La Paz (I'm not opposed to an OTB retreat either), because no player with any presence of mind would disband a retreating unit in spring, knowing that he will have no available build sites the following winter.
