From Germany to France
We don´t want you to whine about you´re budget, we want you to publically state how false your accusations were, and how it was just used to redirect public interest from internal problems to something else.
News
The right wing government in Austria today congratulated Chancellor Stoiber on his recent policy. It seems as if both countries are now closer than ever. The German press (now state-controlled) has published several Austrian-German friendship issues, and the Austrian territories are included in German weather forecasts and news reports.
Meanwhile the hotels in Frankfurt/Main and the Ruhr area are experiencing a flood of guests, since the strong and pro-national policy has encouraged many thousands of exile-Germans to return home. About 35,000 people were arriving from the United states, additional 20,000 from Namibia and South Africa.
Chancellor Stoiber has also visited a rally of German expellees, making a speech stating that their concerns will be listened to by the government. This speech led to standing ovations for almost half an hour and a huge mass demonstration for the return of the eastern territories to Germany.
As a result, discontent has dropped by 6 to now 44.

To Belgium (Secret)
You notice how Germany is becoming overpowered again. We request an alliance to hold them in.
To Russia (Secret)
If Germany contacts you in hopes for alliance, do not fall for their deceptions. They are filled with greed and desire the whole of Europe.
To Germany
We have cancelled our campaign due to budgetary concerns. Any more reports of German atrocities are only attributable to the free press in France, and not towards the King.
Orders:
France openly accepts all refugees from Germany, and its army continues training. French factories have been ordered to increase production.

Russia to Germany (SECRET) :
What would a tactical alliance entail? We're all for trade relations, as between the two of us we have almost all the manpower, resources, technical expertise, and infrastructure to dominate the region's markets.
Russia to Belarus:
Europe is destabilized from the recent EU breakup and your country is poor. We are rich and powerful. You should join the Russian Federation, it will be good for both of us!
Sell stuff abroad, encourage expansion of product and service sectors through grants and loans. Increase education availability and reduce crime in the country's cities.

From Germany to France
We have enough of your arrogant attitude towards us. We are fed up with your insults and calumnies. This is the final warning: Publically correct your lies concerning us!
We are awaiting indemnities for the damage our reputation has taken due to your unbacked insults and reports. We´d take Elsaß-Lothringen (Alsace-Lorraine) or annual money gifts worth several billion Euros.
From Germany to Russia (secret)
Greetings! Now that our government has finally managed to get rid of its decellerating organs (the parliament) we are able to follow our people´s interests much more efficiently. We´d like to invite you into a formal alliance to share the riches that may be earned by cooperation in international affairs...
From Germany to Poland (secret)
We hereby revoke the recognition of the Polish-German borderline. We insist in the return to the borders of 1914. The deadline is the year 2009. We will work on a compensation for the territory losses you will suffer, since it wasn´t your people´s fault. Maybe your future lies to the south? We´d be willing to help you get what you like in exchange for the original German territories you kept for us.

Germany
After the surprise dissolution of the entire Cabinet by Chancellor Edmund Stoiber last month, all media have been nationalized. The federal states have been dissolved and the old kingdom borders have been reinstated.
During the past two weeks more than 5.5 million foreigners were expelled, protests by human rigths activists were crushed by the military. A general feeling of fear mixes with a new found nationalism, while Germany officially left the European Union. With both France and Germany out of the EU, the Union collapsed, leaving the continent in disorder, insecurity and vulnerable.
Meanwhile all German people are being checked for their suitability for military service. Almost 4 million men and women are drafted into the army, renamed from "Bundeswehr" to "Deutscharmee".

This is very easy. Take a country of your choice (statistics/facts you can invent, but keep it realistic and make it fit into the general storyline and the other player´s stats.
Then you can basically do what you like to do:
Talk to other nations (negotiating alliances, trade pacts, whatever you can think of), either publically or in secret (if something is written in "secret" tags, all other players must ignore what is written there). This is very important and sometimes difficult, but otherwise all orders would be given via PM which would kill the NES
Or you can order your military to move/attack/disband/enlarge/..., you can write a newspaper for your country to announce special events (also catastrophies, or new precious minerals found... whatever).
Just try to keep it somehow realistic and don´t overpower yourself...
Have fun!

China is displeased with the rude response, however will back down from it's claim.
China begins to increase education and modernize the army and air force.

Russia would like to inform China that they are free to "claim" anything they want to.
Russian military has been placed on an alerted status.
