The pimp is way too obvious. I also vote that Theben is innocent, since the butcher is way too obvious- he wouldn't need to tamper with food (although where are these slaves coming from who say that the food was tampered with? I thought the entire population was off somewhere else?).

Episode 7
The Romans angrily turned on the pimp, Joncha.
"These kitchen slaves work for you, don't they?" asked Theben.
"Umm... yes..." hesitated Joncha "But..."
"No buts," interrupted MattH "As Tribune, I condemm you to a painful death."
The Romans rolled bones to decide who would get the pleasure of doing the deed, and Kassi got lucky. As the poor pimp was dragged behind a donkey to the Forum, the two had a quick chat.
"I'll make you a deal, Joncha," he offered "If you give me those slaves, instead of letting them free on your death, I'll make this quick and painless."
Joncha thought for a moment.
"Its a deal," he said.
Kassi got to work, with some help from Jonny and Snowfire, to hold Joncha still, the slaver slowly removed all the skin from Joncha's body with a rusty saw blade.
"Ow," complained Joncha "I thought this was the unpainful option!"
"It is," answered Kassi, "Compared to the alternative."
Eventually the crowd were getting restless at the time this was taking, so Kassi took a big axe and chopped Joncha into pieces violently and wildly, to great applause.
After such good entertainment, the Romans went back to the shambles of Rah's Taverna for a good heavy drinking session.

In the middle of the night Tuberski got up, needing to relieve himself, and headed silently to the tolietia, where he encountered the Tribune, MattH.
In the normal Roman manner, the two nodded to each other as they did their business.
Suddenly MattH started scratching at his hair.
"These lice!" he exclaimed "It feels like... like... they're eating into my brain!"
MattH fell to the floor in agony screaming. The noise brought the others rushing into the tolietia.
"What did you do to him?" demanded Rasputin.
"I didn't touch him," said Tuberski
As the Romans watched, a huge sharp Nephrolith burst through the Tribune's skin and protruded from the small of his back. He screamed something incomprehensible about camels, before his swelling abdomen finally burst, releasing a wash of semi-digested food and excrement accross the feet of the watching Romans. MattH tried to scream again, but slumped down into his own innards, dead.
His penis was, of course, green.
"I have to say that I..." started FlameFlash.
"You have to say nothing," interrupted Rasputin, "We're not interested."
"Excusatio non petita, accusatio manifesta," commented Zopperoni.
"I'll pretend you didn't say that, slave," snarled Tuberski.
