1) First of all, I want to beg your pardon for my bad english: it's no my first language. Probably this one fact will do that you don't take my arguments seriously
2) Second, the Literature Nobel prizes. You can visit a list of these prizes there:
If you count, there is 4 times Spain, 2 times Mexico, 1 time Puerto-Rico (exiled from Spain), 1 time Guatemala and 2 time Chile. This add 10 Nobel prizes, and probably I forgotted some of them.
