    Thats the problem since i most of the time will not be able to check the game. So this excludes me from the commitment i have to make to be a citizen yet i want to be part of the democracy game whenever i can.
    So can I?

    Voting makes you a citizen I guess, it's the only thing that citizens are required to do...

    There'll probably be polls on almost all decisions. In-game stuff and elections.
