And yes I do like the GL system especially in GL multiple player games (Like PBEM) where "Top Rated Players" play newbies mostly, and offen.

I do like their system, It does not chop off your head for sticking your neck out. As pointed out in the above example generally only the loser loses in multi player games.

I did say generaly higher ranked players don't play lower ranked players one to one. We rarely play one to one here mostly multiple player. And the example above shows the difference in the two systems in multi-player mode.
