    Well Mr. Mukkrt, GoW never showed last night either. Harry and I had a good chat with RP. We are going to try again tonight with GoW - same bat time - same bat channel.

      Witt, I had some problems getting connected to dalnet too but after a while it connected. I noticed that mIRC seemed to have some different configuration information for DALnet than what dalnet has posted on their web site. I tried changing the config but it didn't seem to work either. I left it trying to connect and brought up Netscape. I tried to do a connect from the dalnet web site and suddenly mIRC was in so I went back to mIRC. I don't know what happened.

      I will try to make it again tonight. It depends on when I can get off work.

        Beta is trying to round up people now. I had trouble connecting to dalnet. The irc.dal.net host did not connect and a few of the other ones did not connect either. I tried this one to get in: arcor.de.eu.dal.net

          Rec'd from Nuclear Winter of RP. I guess we can go along with the conversion to catholicism - unless any one has great objections . Not sure what he is talking about with respect to the tech agreement. I will ahev to go back and check.

                        I've talked a little with vondrack (Lego) and they are committed to continuing support. I've made the proposal to our team about giving you guys Iron, there's some debate on it right now, but it looks as if it'll pass.

                        It will be used as the GoW-Vox-RP Conference Room. ND will be added if and when they come on board with the war against GS. Stop by at anytime and notice me.

                          I was chatting seperately with GodKing of RP during the SPDG chat yesterday. He says they will have iron hooked up in 3 turns, and that we should make an offer for it. I suggested it was in their best interests to provide it. I will talk to Big Free to hammer out a deal.

                          But - GK also indicated that tensions were rising with NeuD. And that they expect to be attacked when NeuD has their UU. This was one of the factors leading to to a reluctance to send mass troop support for us against GS.

                          This may be an excuse - it may be real. Either way - peace with GS is looking like the best approach. Then we could aid RP and GoW in a war against NeuD, which should earn us some land on the NE corner of BoB.
