We're planning on having a little chat tomorrow with GoW and RP to discuss what to do about the NDE situation. No definitive time yet (maybe 7pm EST, aka midnight GMT). We hope to coordinate our 3 nations to destroy NDE or possibly thwart a war.

Summary of the meeting:
We'll try and negotiate with NDE if possible.
We came up with a rudimentary plan with GoW and RP of what to do should war come. I'll fill in some more details tomorrow... Calculus test has drained me.
