Reducing science to 70% would increase The Wheel from 6 to 9 turns with 0 defecit.

Irrigation on the furs will be done in 2 turns. I suggest we leave science at 100%, then back off once we switch the labourer to the irrigated fur tile. Treasury would end up at 5 (it is 9 now).

How will we manage the citizens working? I suppose the worker irrigates now and will be ready in 2 turns. After 2 turns there's still 7 turns to collect food, but if we switch to the newly irrigated tile, the settler will be complete by shields in 5 turns. Somebody did the math? Or did I miss something?

The math is in the topped thread. It involves using the flood plains in a few turns.

The labourer moves from the grass to the furs next turn. The irrigation is complete at the end of next turn, so the labourer generates 2 food, 2 sh, 2 com the turn after.

We can see what effects the slider has then. I think we should pay the 2 gold this turn to keep the Wheel on track for 6 turns.

I think I did. I said turn sent. Same as Borc. Is he looking for some specific language?
