Since nitpicking seems to be in fashion: I have flags over all of my 19 cities, so technically I could have 33 outside Groningen. The only point was that he couldn't know.

EDIT:

After reviewing the file, it seems I forgot to drop my 'numerous' units off at Groningen.

Anyway this could be a blessing in disguise; now the victim can be Antwerp.

Danish Troop count for 1527 = 52 units.

(Looks like the number is going down to me! )
