Merging the Civ3 general forum with the PtW forum ?

It would provide possible space for a PtW CityStates Democracy game forum.

Update :
Both forums have been merged, along with the "Civ3-civilizations" forum One of the mods closed both PtW and Civilizations forums, made them subforums of the Civ3-general, and moved the most recent threads to the general forum
