Due to the size of this event, we are not in need of volunteers (at least not 'pre-arranged' ones) -- it just isn't warranted. Thanks to everyone for their interest.

I messaged you my times and avail. I will arrive early enough and might be able to work with Firaxis for you, and also have a van (which might be my hotel room but for Friday night) I will share a room with Chieftess Friday night, once I get the hotel discount code.

I have been Bugging Tim (Firaxis QA Mgr) to show me the "bat cave" when I get in town.

The person coordinating this should have a cell phone, so we can "touch down" if some of us are "roughing it."
