Does anyone have an e-mail address for Avenoct ? I've messaged him about the turn but got no reply.

I think the JPJ already has the Spartans and their password in hand (and finished his turn and sent to the Believers) and that the problem is the Believers. I think this is what the Googlemeister was working on.

Hydro, have you tried contacting Deimos for the password? Perhaps Googlie has been distracted or something. Perhaps Deimos has heavy spam protection and only some people are on his list - that might let your message get through

Any luck getting the passwords up and running, or resurrected from a crispy hard drive? Or are we waiting on a turn?

duMa,
The only rule in fiction is to be true to your faction. Some folks use it to report on what has happened, but others (like me) are more circumspect to build 'flavor'. Have fun with it!
I hope this RP gets going (and the passwords located) since I ALWAYS seem to be Gaians, and being Morgan is a totally different mindset (which make my brain hurt sometimes). Repeat after me: GREED IS GOOD!

Googlie, have you tried contacting Deimos for the password? I didn't get the impression that he was disgruntled or anything, just too busy or needing to get detoxed or something, so he probably wouldn't feel put upon. I don't seem to have his email address myself, but presumably at least you and Hydro have it.
I'm pretty sure that Levelisk is gone, so you will need that password too; does anyone know if all the other players are accounted for?

JPJ - can you send me a copy of the Believers 2112 turn - I'll see if I can deduce the various passwords from among my usual suspects
Thanks
G.

2112 marks a turning point in Spartan History. General Deimos' military regime has been overthrown in a bloodless coup. Citizens and soldiers alike gathered at a huge parade in Sparta Command to usher in the New Order led by Colonel Jones.
On to the Believers.

Excellent, thanks Googlie and greetings to the players! Email sent to Googlie for his records, and for everyone else's, it's modowd724@hotmail.com
Concerning the fiction: Are there any rules governing that portion of the game? It seems rather loose, with some adding more and some adding less. Thanks.

Sorry for the lack of response - I don't often visit the private messaging system here
You are certainly welcome to take over Levelisk's spot as he is officially MIA (just hope I can guess the password - it died with my harddrive crash - but as Deimos has copied me on his password to JPJ, I think I can deduce Levelisk's from that)
Send me an e-mail to:
linfrew@aol.com
and I'll record your addy there and send what I think will be the password
G.

Greetings!
I tread lightly in the land of Princes and Kings1, for my mere Settler status does me little good.
I've messaged Googlie a little earlier concerning a replacement for Deimos and hadn't recieved a response. I've recently messaged him about replacing Levelisk, since he's still MIA.
The Role Play format is something I'd almost expected in SMAC games but find it particularly exciting to see the way it's being done here! I've a history of tabletop RP and MUSH'ing, so I doubt you'd be too disappointed with me.
I will understand if you'd rather take on someone with more reputation than I, but would greatly appreciate your consideration. That's all. Thanks!
1. Princes and Kings... I suppose there are very few female members, eh?Last edited by duMa; February 22, 2002, 08:11.
