I agree with Maniac, with the exception of that borehole, that should be destroyed. Let us end the game though, and start a PBEM one

I second Maniac's motion, though I'm willing to do orders for my new home region ad infinitum.

Sounds about right. I still will need to provide some Aurillion orders, just in case.

So we haven't had a chat for three weeks? Let's end this game tonight! May I suggest ignoring all former orders etcetera, and just concentrating on conquering enough population and bases to win a diplo victory?

Ok, unless DBTS shows up before then and organizes matters himself, I will be running the next chat at 2300 GMT.

Just like to highlight this, as this means my origional order, for that borehole to be destroyed and forested over, now stands, as it is not vetoed. Thank you

Hehe, but the Governor must order it, and GT cannot be Governor, else the game freezes. Thank you for the retraction. Much Appreciated.

right, i was just waiting until the end of the poll to make my decision and vetoing it the meantime. then the poll ended and i...forgot

anyways, you can destroy the borehole. It's fine now, we've been given the right to rebuild it

Sneaky? It was in my region at the time, I am entitled to do it. Besides, much much less sneaky than the building of it in the first place

I am sorry It has come to this, but I must make good my threat. Since you have overruled this, I must take it to the courts, and call for your impeachment. You have clearly and defiantly acted against the constitution, and thus abused your position, and I have no option but to call your actions unconstitutional and ask for your impeachment. I am sorry for this, as I respect you greatly, and you have served us well in almost all respects, but I feel I have no other choice, as a Judge, when faced with a purposeful breach of our hallowed constitution. If we are not constitutional, even when it seems silly, then we are acting directly against our factional ethos, that of Burocracy, and rule by constitution. It saddens me deeply that it has come to this. Indeed, had I seen it sooner, and raised more if a fuss earlier, this would not have happened like this.

Edit: Issue for the Court has been posted, regarding this matter. As I said, I am deeply saddened that it has come to this, but I feel compelled to act against the unconstitutionality of this. I do not wish to call for the Impeachment of TKG, but I feel a need to stop this abuse of power by our esteemed DIA, as he has already stated that this borehole is unconstitutional, but refuses to allow it's destruction.

That square may be on the line, and thus neither Governor has direct control over it, but since it is in the base radius of an Akirian base, the Governor of that region should have a say in whether to poll it. I would also like to ask all Governors not to poll for boreholes outside of their region. In the latest Twin Sea poll, such was committed, and although it failed, should not have been there in the first place. Please ensure that if it is in the region of another Governor, that you ask them before you poll it

Base size doesn't decrease due to attacks from over the sea; I"m not sure whether it decreases or not from air attacks from over land.

Aren't they? I thought a base size was reduced by one when it's last defender is defeated, and again when it is taken? This it was happens in my games. Therefore, since it is reduced to 0, presumably it lost one population. Now it isn't still decreasing, but if they keep building one defender, and we keep killing it, without taking the place, it will decrease in size by 1 each time this happens. I want to avoid that. Hence I think we should have had a transport nearby so we reduce it to one and then take it. Quick, easy, simple and very effective. Least death, least resources, least time, everyone's happy
