Not true, every director has the duty to post polls about his area to find out the people's wishes, if he's not doing that, then obviously the director is not fullfilling his duty. Indeed. And because the current (and previous ? Im not sure Adam was still DoSE when we researched Knowledge) Director(s) of Social Engineering didnt give the order to switch to Knowledge, despite the clear results of the poll, we can honestly say that he has to be impeached. Moreover, even with the situation pointed and aknowledge, he should have at least started a new poll in the next days. Therefore, impeachment can follow.

I'd like to notify the High Commissioner I've changed the Jedinica Vrijstaat orders. Due to pressure of the Hawks, the military & expansionist faction in our federal senate, I have been forced to annul the construction of a research hospital which would ensure payable medical care for all. That is true, and the DSE has to order it, but nowhere does it say that another Governor can't start an official poll for that area. This came up before about whether if a DFA didn't want to go to war, they simply don't post the poll asking if we should. All trance non-probe ships under my control should pop every pod they find, regardless of moves left, unless damaged. This is because since there is no advantage for attacking in the sea, and with +50% defense, it's better than attacking IoDs. And they move away when they are damaged a bit.
