after looking carefully i must say that the new base near the monolith needs to move: N so that you would have less over lapping and we have some rocky tiles for minerals it could be a mineral bases for us big time! aldo not a seaport but Antioch and the other base are allready. and this way we have a safehaven for exploration to the east of the base

HEres the explanation of the two different north options. Further north means we place the base far north, far enough to place a base between TBIBTU and the base founded by this CP (10/12 tiles away). North mean a regular placement, 5/6 tiles away.
