we dont have anything in the constitution for it but if you look at the options: SP or tech it has to be a combined DoS and (who every is over SP) and DPO for movement

I 'd prefer to wait for the Network mode.

I agree. If we miss out on the HGP we can switch production to something else and make up for the loss with facilities and psych funding as needed. All in all I think I'd prefer the science bonus.

only 12? hmmm tough call. i say we use it for the HGP then. we're almost certain to get the WP, so we should speed the HGP rather than wait for a net node (much as i'd like a new breakthough)

DBTS: we can also use it towards a prototype (although it's pretty much a waste )

we havent met any other people on this new planet. and i think it will take us another 12 years to finish the project

How close is our secret project to completion? Do we have any other faction that could beat us to completing this project?

If we are secure in that the project will be ours then hold off. However the WP is a very important project that will help make our cities prosper quicker. If we are to risk losing it then any help to complete it is needed.

That being said, I would suggest we look at have every city complete Network Nodes as quickly as possible. It is possible that more of these Alien devices could be out there.

a special squad from DE`s elite gaurd transported the articfact to NA already. it is now in building '49' and guarded by several beta talents from the darkness squad. but i think we can use the information on the artifact more than the special project i wouldnt ever use it for the second project. it is for the 'WP' or for the information for me but were to build a network node

How about we station it at NA, and wait until we get a Network Node? If we see the Weather disturbances that would immediately precede completion of such a Project (although we don't know if there are any other survivors of the Unity or not on this worm-infested crukhole of the Universe), we can use it to help with our own efforts to be first.

I'm torn between using it to speed a second project {callsign: Human Genome Project} and that extra research. From my readouts, it would be more than 16-17 turns before a node could be brought online without rushing it

i wanted to start a poll but i will wait a few days for it! ok we have found a strange alien artifact and after some studies TKG`s team found out that we can use it ones before its strange powersource is depleted. after some probes we have learned that if we connect it to a network node (we havent got one but we can build them) we will get some kind of information. we can also use it to help us with building a Special Project we are currently working on [callsign: Weather Paradigm] and we will have completed it much early than reports indicate right now. what do we want to do
