I suggest another thing : the new DoBP post a poll with the main options for the general build queues, and a priority.
Example :
Garrison Priority 1
Garrison Priority 2
Garrison Priority 3
Garrison Priority 4
Former Priority 1
Former Priority 2
Former Priority 3
Former Priority 4
Former Priority 5
CP Priority 1
CP Priority 2
CP Priority 3
CP Priority 4
CP Priority 5
REcycling Tanks Priority 1
etc..
Then u calculate the average priority for each option, and make ur build queue.
Is that clear ?

i ofcourse like a general queue but how would it looks like your predecessor tried it too but failed a little bit IF i recall corretly

When we will have many bases, we'll elect governors. And i dont think there should be a default queue for starting base, since it would quite "standardize" our base. This should be polled though, IMHO.

That does sound like a reasonable plan, Pandemoniak - especially as we get more bases, it would be better to keep them seperate. Would you want newly founded bases to have a kind of 'default' queue to get started, something like def. unit/rectanks/2nd def unit/former? All subject to emergency changes, of course but that could smooth the setup for the commisioner
