I was creating a unit and wanted a tech to go with it. Everything worked fine but when I went to the sci adviser the screen was all bobbled and I couldn't select a tech. There where lines not pointing to the techs and in the moddern page (where I put the tech) it had it and another tech overlaped. I think I need to edit an art file.
