Every time I start the game, as soon as it gets to the menu screen the mouse pointer flashes twice a second and doesnt stop. Nothing was changed from last night to today and yet it is still doing it. I also have rolled back and reinstalled the video driver, uninstalled and reinstalled Civ 4 with no luck. Any ideas? I have a GeForce 4 Fx 5200.
