Yes i have seen all the other topics, but none of them seem to match this one.
I enabled logging.
I have done all of the so called "fixes" that are pasted around this forum. None works for me.
I have re-installed Civ, re-installed my graphic drivers, my this and my that.... Not once. Many times.
So, the problem is, after enabling logging, i could see this:
RESMGR: Scene file Art/Terrain/Lights/UnitLight.nif failed to load. Reason: (code:1) Cannot open file.
Any idea what this could be?
BTW: Radeon 9600, AMD XP 2800+, 1024 ram... Win XP..
Microsoft... Ehh.. Yeah.. That would be it..
