^It's August 1990 Saddam Hussein has invaded and unilaterally annexed Kuwait 
 despite protests from the world community. The UN has condemned the action and issued an ultimatum to 
 Iraq to withdraw or face military action. A coalition of nations has been formed under the leadership of the United States
 to enforce the UN resolution, but on the ground only a small Saudi force face the
 mighty Iraqi army... until the arrival of Allied reinforcements.

^OBJECT: The Allies (protagonists) must free all Kuwaiti cities for a marginal victory,
capture southern Iraqi cities for decisive victory and capture Bagdad to avoid losing
the next presidential election (joke).  The Iraqis must hold on to Kuwait to win.
