Readme for my little Cold War Crisis :-)

(1) If you find any remaining bugs please report them to me.
    - eMail: steph_sander@hotmail.com or
    - www.apolyton.net/civ2 (There is a thread in the ScenarioLeague/Civ2 Creation
and a thread in the PBEM section.)

(2) I dont think that Ive to explain the situation.

(3) The Civs ....
    - USSR: Self-explaining why the Soviet Union is represented. Military advisors
      in Yemen.
    - USA: Look above. The Revolution on Cuba ante portas.
    - NATO: As History repeats itself I must do this too. Look above.
    - Yugoslavia: Therefor my scenario covers only a part of the northern hemisphere
I decided to integrate Yugoslavia into my scenario to represent the tensions
between the USSR and Tito and also to make it a bit more difficult for the
Soviet Union to reach the Med. Because Yugoslavia is rather small it is one
of the harder civs in this scenario.
    - United Arab Republic: They are there to make it a bit easier for Israel. The
UAR is rather small compared to the huge Arab League. Have fun with Nasser
but always think of the alliance between Israel and the USA though you have
massive soviet backup in the beginning.
    - State of Israel: I found that the hardest civ in this scenario is Israel.
With only two cities and only enemies ante portas their only hope is the USA.
I think it is challenging to face the Arab Hordes with Israel and look how
long you can hold them off (both the Arab League and the UAR). My best so far
      has been 24 turns.
    - Arab League: Weak military in the beginning but vast territories to be defending.
      Also challenging.

(4) Terrain
Well, nothing special to say except that you shall avoid mountains.

(5) Units
    - For artistic credits please check the Unit Credits.txt file.
    - Missile Silos: They are in the game as a reaction to Academias problems with
the nuclear retaliation mentioned in the threads at www.apolyton.net/civ2 and
www.civfanatics.com and also to make the nuclear retaliation easier. Not a single
MRBM or ICBM is stationed in a city in the beginning but take care of your subs.
    - US Navy: The US Navy is far, far stronger than all the other navies together.
Some Carrier Battle Groups are spread around the map.
    - Cuba: The US Navy blockades the Carribean and watches over the promised
withdrawal of the Soviet Nukes from the island.
    - There is only one Rebel Forces unit in each "neutral" city. The Neutrals are only
represented by the barbarians to include more civs. The Rebel Forces unit is really
strong and difficult to destroy. (I dont know why there is only one unit in the
cities; I created a lot more but after finishing creation and the frist attempts
of playtesting all of the units vanished but one. Therefor I made the Rebel Forces
far stronger than planned and really cheaper to match this problem.)

(6) Last but no least: This is version 0.9 (playtest), so expect some bugs.
One known bug is when you start the scenario there you can read "Lenght: from
Dec 1962 - 1925" (or samothing like this). I havent managed yet to fix yet.)

Have fun!
