XXCenturyMod by Aroprinz -- Caliban's German version V1.1

Installation: Copy the XXBetaCaliban.bix file and the XXBetaCaliban folder to the
civ3ptw\scenarios folder

Here are the changes I made to Aeroprince's mod:

1. There finally are some sources of Aluminum on the map (in spots where there should
also be some in reality)
2. Added Hamburg as German city, changed the location of Amsterdam
3. Added and changed MANY resource locations to get a more realistic world map.
4. Changed minimum research time to 6 turns
5. Changed disappearence probability of all resources to 0! So they will stay in their fixed
locations, as I do not think that resource locations have changed very much since 1890
6. Changed starting year to 1890 (of course...) and made every turn last 3 months, so the
game will last until 2025 (540 turns)
7. DELETED SETTLERS - This will prevent the AI from colonizing spots that are uninhabited
still today. So DO NOT RAZE CITIES!!!!! if you don't want to produce some kind of neutral
zone.
8. Added three new resources: Oasis, Fruit and Exotic Fruit. this is done mainly to enhance
city sizes and growth rates.
9. Shield production of Iron, Uranium, Oil and Aluminum has been increased by 1. Other
resource stats were changed, too.
10. Advanced Flight is now needed for era shift.
11. Changed prerequisite tech for carrier to Advanced Flight.
12. Added most of the World War II units that came with PTW, check civilopedia for details.
13. Modified many unit stats, sometimes close to the Patch Suggestion Mod by Player1 - check
Civilopedia for further info
14. Made a cosmetic change to some city names, though I cannot guarantee that they are all
spelled correctly now.
NOTES: - All the new units come with Civ3: Play The World (in the civ3ptw\extras folder)
so you can only use them if you have installed PTW.
	- You cannot play '(Mass) Regicide' or 'Capture the Princess' game modes, as there
are currently no king/flag units in this scenario

I did not playtest this scenario very much, so feel free to mail any comments to
true.caliban@web.de

Plans for the future:
I think I'll write a new, up-to-date civilopedia, provide new icons for units/Resources and
include some new, downloaded units and MAYBE new techs (some techs like Replaceable Parts
are just too "crowded").

CREDITS to: Aeroprinc for making this great scenario
TETurkhan for writing really good civilopedia entries for the new units and
			providing the civilopedia pictures
Player1 for his Patch Suggestion Mod
