New city view!
To install: Copy these files in folder art\city view\miscellaneous within the folder
where you installed the game. Don't forget to backup the old files, because you have
to overwrite them.
Features: When you press the "city view" button in a city, the city is much more
overcrowded in industrial and modern eras, and it seems like the historical center 
of a cool city. Lots of new pics, specific for each culture type.
