UPDATES:
V 1.1:	-Added a picture of a shield with a circle around it and a horizontal line through it to represent that no extra shields are produced if another building with the same symbol already exists in the city. This is only for the coal plant, solar plant, and hydro plant (the nuclear plant produces 150% instead of 100% increase, so this does not apply to the nuclear plant). The only difference between the three is that the coal plant produces more pollution, and the hydro plant needs to be near water. Having all three of these does not increase your production output anymore than having just one of these plants, it only increases you maintenance costs.
-Darkened the yellow tithes to make them more visible

V 2.0: -Updated to correlate to Civilization III version 1.17f civilpedia entries.
-Updated the install.bat file so multiple installs, without uninstalling first, will not overwrite your backed up files with the modified files.
-Removed "X" from units that cannot upgrade. (Therefore, if they CAN upgrade, there will be an arrow, otherwise there will be no symbol)

4. copy the "civilizationIII\NemosQueueMod\buildings-small.pcx" file to "civilizationIII\art\city screen" folder

### MANUAL UNISTALL ###
1. replace the "civilizationIII\art\units\units_32.pcx" file with the one you backed-up
2. replace the "civilizationIII\art\city screen\buildings-small.pcx" file with the one you backed-up
