Stylized resource icons v3b

These are the alternate resource icons included with Civ3, in its resource.pcx file, inserted into the resource.pcx file that Civilization 3 uses. They are stylized, unlike the realistic default icons.

This B set of v3 includes many extra icons. PLEASE NOTE: when you add resources with Civ3Edit, you can only add two new resource icons. So you can never use more than twenty-four different icons. Also, you can only add bonus resources, adding luxury resources will crash Civ3, and adding strategic resources may be unsafe as well.

instructions:

1 Backup your original files by renaming them (for example to "originalresources.pcx") or moving them into a different folder than the Civilization 3 "Art" folder.

2 For "resources.pcx" and "resources_shadows.pcx" either unzip the files to your Civilization 3 "Art" folder, or unzip them somewhere else and manually move them into the "Art" folder.

3 For "luxuryicons_small.pcx" either unzip the file into your Civ3 "Art/City Screen" folder or unzip it somewhere else and manually move it into the "Art/City Screen" folder.

4 Use Civ3Edit to assign new icons to resources, and please read the note above.

version 2 changes saltpeter and silk, both of which are derived from Civ3 art (I took the original silk icon's spools and stood them up straight, next to each other, and made saltpeter from the alternate salt icon); it also aligns the metal bars and fixes some pixels

version 3 corrects the metal bars' shapes, trims the saltpeter shadow, and adds some extra resources (shellfish, copper, papyrus, cotton, and lumber); plus it fixes some of the small luxury icons, making them look less flattened

version 4b adds many new resources (wood, white furs, oil, fruits, salt, metal, game sulphur, and sheep), filling up all the slots; also I adjusted the metal bars' shapes again
