This is to make it a little easier for England as barbs for her can get her early! Plus she deserves a small bonus as she has not real value in having a scout on britain unless she can freely access the goody huts easily.

I'd keep these barbs from the diety one to give that extra sting :) (however they can be easily dealt with if you get a warrior as fast as possible and ATTACK!)
