EAF = External Affairs Function (Foreign Minister)
MCC = Maritime Control Center (The SP that gives a free Naval Yard in every base plus 2 extra movement points)
Our first plan was to build the Humane Genome Project. When that was built by the Hive, we planned to go for the Virtual World or Planetary Transit System instead. However shortly after those two were built by the Hive as well.So in the end we ended up with the MCC.
Our first plan was to build the Weather Paradigm, but then you provided us with a very convincing argument to change to the Human Genome Project, which we did. After that, the Drones built the Weather Paradigm, and then the Hive the Human Genome Project.

Well if you consider the fact that we are sinisterly ploting against the Pirates then the MCC is realy one of the best Projects for us to get.
We will ofcorse focus on a glabal naval domination strategy made all that much better with our soon to be aquired Sea Bases.
